Our goal at The Lounge is simple: to serve tasty, homemade food, made properly! From breakfast and lunch to our homemade cakes, everything is prepared with care by our family run team.
We’re located right on the edge of Delamere, on the A556, making us the perfect stop if you’re travelling through the area. With plenty of space, there’s room for everyone — whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to relax, a table for a larger group, or a venue for a special event.
Whatever brings you through our doors, we’re here to make you feel at home.
Meet Lisa
I previously worked for Greenall’s and Premier Inn, and after many years in the industry, I knew I wanted to open a business of my own. My passion has always been creating freshly cooked, homemade, proper food and giving people a place to enjoy it.
When my husband, Tom, and I had the opportunity to reopen The Lounge following its closure after the pandemic, we jumped at the chance. In 2023, we were delighted to welcome our first customers back through the doors and begin the next chapter of The Lounge.
I’m lucky enough to work alongside my husband and daughter, which makes The Lounge even more special to me. Although I’ve always loved cooking, I’ve developed a real passion for being front of house and welcoming, hosting and looking after our customers.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with our Cockapoo, Charlie Dog — who is an absolute menace but very much loved!
We also love exploring the UK and think there’s so much to see and enjoy right on our doorstep. That said, beach destinations are definitely our favourite. If we’ve only got a day to escape, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno are our go-to spots!
